Condos are located in the Grand Champions Villas Complex at 155 Wailea Ike Place in Wailea, Hawaii

No Additional Guests: No additional guests are allowed beyond the number specified at the time of booking. Increasing the number of guests will result in cancellation of booking without refund.

No Daily Housekeeping Service: Daily housekeeping service is not included in the rental of the unit. If you have requirements for additional cleaning, please make a request in advance and these services may be available for a fee. A washer and dryer are provided within the unit for your use during your stay. Although a cleaning fee is charged with the booking, additional charges may apply if the condo is left excessively dirty and these charges will be deducted from your damage deposit.

Cancellation Policy:
We hope that you will be able to enjoy your vacation in paradise. In the unlikely event that you need to cancel your reservation, the following will apply:

Cancellation prior to full payment: If you need to cancel prior to full payment, your rental deposit will be refunded back to you minus a $100 administration fee.

Cancellation after full payment is received: If you need to cancel after full payment, your rental deposit will be refunded back to you minus a $100 administration fee. You will receive a pro rated refund of your full rental amount based on the number of days that were able to be rebooked. If your dates were not able to be rebooked, the rental payment would be forfeited.

Minimum Renter Age: Minimum Renter age for primary renter is 25 Years old.

Responsible Renter: As the responsible renter, you agree to be an occupant of the Property for the entire duration of the rental. You agree to be solely responsible for your actions and the actions of all family members, guests, and invitees (collectively, “Occupants”) present at the Property at any time during your stay, and to ensure that all Occupants understand and comply with the Terms

Non Smoking Unit: This is a non smoking unit, there is no smoking allowed within the condo or on the lanai. There is also no smoking allowed in the pool, hot tub and barbeque areas. There are smoking benches within the complex that are designated for smokers.

Check in and Check out times: Check in time is 3 pm and check out time is 11 am. Requests for late checkouts are subject to availability and must be requested in advance. There is a fee for late checkouts up to 6 pm. Please make your requests as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

No Pets: There are no pets allowed within the condo unit or anywhere on property.

House Rules for the Complex:

Quiet Hours: General Quiet shall prevail between the hours of 10 pm and 8 am. In addition to these quiet hours, no person shall make or permit any disturbing noises, interfere with the rights, comforts or convenience of other guests regardless of hour of the day.

Refuse: Garbage and other trash should be disposed of in receptacles designated for that purpose.
Recycling: There are designated areas on property where plastic, paper, and glass are recycled.
Swimming Pools: Pool hours are from 8 am to 10 pm, 7 days a week. No glass or other breakable items are allowed in the pool area.

Lanai and Entry Areas: No towels, garments, rugs or any other object shall be draped over the lanai or entry railings.

Parking: All vehicles parking in the complex overnight must display a parking permit. Temporary permits are provided for use in your unit and must be displayed on your dash.

Old Blue Golf Course: Grand Champions Villas sides the Old Blue Golf Course. The Golf Course Fairways are not to be entered upon from the complex. Please be alert while in the complex and enjoying the lanai for stray golf balls that may appear.

Environmental Disclosure: You will be staying in the tropics and the price of being in paradise may include pests such as insects, rodents and geckos. Although professional pest control companies service the property, pests may appear. Please do your part by ensuring you leave the screen doors closed at all time and taking your garbage out frequently (daily is best)
